1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or not working properly
- Wrong product delivered
- Missing parts or accessories
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging, invoice, and accessories must be included
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or built-to-order servers
- Used or damaged products (caused by customer misuse)
- Products without original packaging
- Software or license-based products
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
4. Replacement Policy
- If the product is defective, we offer replacement instead of refund (subject to stock availability)
- Replacement requests must be made within 7 days
5. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer
- If the return is due to our error, we will cover the shipping cost
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
